Product Descriptions
We attempt to be as accurate as possible in our product descriptions. If you find that the product you purchased from us is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.
Colours
We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colours of the products shown on this website. However, because the colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.
Expiration Dates
A number of our products, including flavour concentrates and carbonating bottles, have expiration dates after which they should not be used. Though we will always strive to provide you with the freshest and newest products possible, please carefully check the expiration dates printed on the products to ensure proper use.
Ordering Full Exchange Cylinders
Ordering exchange carbonators requires that you will pay for the user licence fee and the gas of the cylinders that you have chosen. You will get the user licence fee back, credited on the same credit card you pay with, once we receive the empties back into our warehouse. Once you receive the replacement full cylinders delivered to your door, you have 14 days to return your empties.
Just take your empty cylinder or cylinders, insert them in the box that the new ones came in. Stick on the prepaid label. Also take off the sticky label with your identification bar code and order number on it from the papers that came with your delivery and stick them clearly on the box to send back. This is very important so that we can identify that the cylinders have come back from yourself, so that you will be refunded the user licence fee(s). Take your empty cylinder to the Post Office and send them back to our warehouse FREE.
When we get the empties you will be refunded the user licence fees on the same credit card you paid with. Any extra cylinders returned will not receive extra credit. Please contact us with any questions you may have FREE on 0845 601 0093 (Mon-Fri 8am - 4pm).
Correction of Errors and Inaccuracies; Limitations on Quantity; Returns; Risk of Loss
Despite our best efforts, certain items on our website may be mispriced. However, we do verify prices as part of our shipping procedure.
- If an item's correct price is lower than our stated price, we charge the lower amount and ship you the item.
- If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
We reserve the right to limit quantities. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase you may return it with the original packing receipt within 30 days of the order date. Additional restrictions apply.
Risk of Loss
All orders from Soda-Club are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
Limitation of Liability
The Soda-Club/SodaStream soda maker is designed to be used only with Soda-Club/SodaStream bottles and gas carbonators. Do not use Soda-Club bottles after the expiry date which is marked on the bottles or if the bottles are discoloured or damaged. A Soda-Club/SodaStream cylinder is licensed to you in accordance with legal notice of the User License Certificate attached to the cylinder. Any warranty provided is valid only when original Soda-Club/SodaStream cylinders and carbonating bottles are used.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES, SHALL SODA-CLUB OR ANY OF ITS EMPLOYEES, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, AGENTS, VENDORS OR SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT OR INDIRECT LOSSES OR DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THIS WEBSITE.
